• Before the start of our session, I ask that you please read over and sign my refund + cancellation policy and informed consent document. I have provided buttons above for both documents. These need to be signed at least 8 hours before our session.

• The "Client Entry Survey"  is just a quick 5 minute google form that lets me know what you want to focus on the most in our session. 

• Know that I won't be able to start our session until all documents are signed.
